Join us on a Nebbiolo-focused journey through Mexico’s premier wine region. We’ll check into a boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the valley, featuring luxury desert bungalows with stunning vineyard views.

Throughout the week, we will explore the wines from Valle de Guadalupe. Each day will feature tastings from both the Valle's larger producers and up-and-coming stars. Beyond the wineries, we will also dive into the region’s food culture, visiting some of the destination's best restaurants. 

Located in Baja California, Valle de Guadalupe is rapidly gaining global recognition for its innovative winemaking, drawing comparisons to California’s Paso Robles. With a Mediterranean-like climate—marked by warm days and cool nights—it offers ideal conditions for grape growing. This immersive wine destination blends culture, flavor, and discovery, making it one of the most exciting and dynamic wine regions in the Americas.
