Brigit Binns will go over the basics of pasta paired and sophisticated sauces and complemented wine parings in this intimate 1.5 hr culinary experience followed by a 5-course meal.

Interactive Hands-on style class

Cook alongside Brigit Binns as she demonstrates the techniques necessary for the class and guides you through the basics of pasta creation and wine paring. Prepare three different pasta dishes, then enjoy perfectly-paired Pelletiere Estate wines.

 

Pasta dishes & wine pairings including: 

Linguini Carbonara with alle-pia Guanciale | 2020 Montepulciano

Fettucine with Italian cherry tomatoes, mortadella, Meyer lemon arugolo | 2018 Sangiovese

Penne with duck sausage, fennel, rosemary, smoked mozzarella | 2019 Nebbiolo

Also served:

Chopped rainbow chard salad with vanilla-bean vinaigrette

Sheep's milk ice cream with olive oil & chocolate salt
