Wine Reception

You will be welcomed with a glass of Viognier enjoyed with an assortment of artisanal cheese, cured meats, and fresh fruits.

2022 Viognier, Paso Robles

 

First Course

Market green salad, topped with fresh sliced figs, juicy ripe strawberries, thinly shaved fennel, crumbled feta, and drizzled with a homemade honey rosemary vinaigrette.

2018 Sangiovese, Paso Robles

 

Second Course

Freshly made Etto butternut ravioli, seasoned with nutmeg and cinnamon, tossed with crisp sage leaves in a rich and velvety brown butter crema.

2019 Nebbiolo, Paso Robles

 

Third Course

Tender and succulent braised short rib, accompanied by creamy Yukon potato gratin and rustic caramelized carrots topped with a pinch of thyme.

2020 Montepulciano, Paso Robles

 

Fourth course

Decadent dark chocolate molten cake, wild huckleberry jam, and fresh strawberries.
