The Farmhouse Policies
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Rooms are available for guests to check-in from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. For special accommodations, please inform us ahead of time. Guests that do not request special check-in or check-out accommodations are subject to a $100 fee. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and a valid driver’s license and credit card of the reservation holder is required at check-in.
RESERVATIONS
The Farmhouse is designed to provide our wine club members and referred guests, the quintessential, tranquil and relaxing wine country getaway. Therefore, it is inappropriate for persons under the age of 21.
Only guests with reservations are permitted at the Farmhouse.
Pelletiere Estate wine club members receive 10% off their Farmhouse reservations.
Maximum occupancy is four (4) adult persons. There is a two (2) night minimum stay for all reservations.
PETS
To ensure the relaxation and comfort for all current and future guests, pets are not permitted at the Farmhouse.
SHOELESS
The Farmhouse is set among the working vineyard of Pelletiere Estate. To protect and preserve the integrity of our restored 19th century Farmhouse from the natural elements of the vineyard, we ask that while indoors you remain shoeless. We suggest bringing slippers or socks for comfort.
SMOKING
For the health and safety of all our guests, current and future, we are a non-smoking establishment (both inside and outside). Violating our NO SMOKING policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
DAMAGES
Pelletiere Estate reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, or reckless act of the guests to the Farmhouse/Pelletiere Estate property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guests has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
The Farmhouse at Pelletiere Estate has a two week (14 day) cancellation policy. We regret that for cancellations that occur after the two week (14 day) deadline, we will charge you for the first night stay. Cancellations for Event/Holiday dates that occur after the two week (14 day) deadline will still be charged the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking.
